Reaseheath College Phase II
This project forms the second phase of an £18 million campus masterplan to upgrade the college facilities to meet the requirements of current building standards and to provide an innovative learning environment within well designed buildings that will attract more students and increase numbers.
Sustainability underpined the development and the project incorporated a passive solar control, increased insulation, natural ventilation and many other sustainable systems/materials to help limit CO2 consumption and lifecycle running costs.
