Keele Innovation Centre 1
This project is the first phase of a series of developments planned for the Keele Science Park at Keele University. The building is a three storey 25,000 sq.ft innovation centre which has been designed to make use of a steeply sloping site by allowing access at both ground and first floor levels.
The floorspace is naturally ventilated and has external brise soleil and tinted glass to help control solar gain. Maximum flexibility of the floor area allows a range of unit sizes to be accommodated.
HM Queen officially opened the Innovation Centre in October 1999.
