Keele Innovation Centre 2
This development is the second phase on the Science Park at Keele University.
The 36,000 sqft three storey Innovation Centre has been designed to express the buildings hi-tech scientific functions, with flexible open plan office accommodation in two wings on either side of a central core. The floorplates can be easily sub-divided to provide varying sized incubator units for high tech starter companies linked to the university.
The building is naturally ventilated, and the facades have brise soleil and solar control glass to help minimise solar gain.
