This £800,000 project for Creative Support Ltd is to provide supported living accommodation for 8no. service users with Staff sleep in facility with Associated Office & Communal Lounge.
Two storey elevations have been designed with a mixture of modern materials and traditional local stone.
Roofs face southwards to accommodate the possibility of solar panel heating / hot water and the appearance is to reflect a modern, sustainable approach to design whilst paying respect to the scale and traditional materials of its surroundings.
The project is now complete and was officially opened in June 2011.
