The site is some 1.43 hectares and was formally a lorry park situated adjacent the Moto Services (Junction 30 M5).
The building has a ground floor area of 30,000sq.ft. (2787sqm) and a first floor of 1500sq ft (139sqm), with parking for 136 vehicles including 8 disabled and 10 van vehicle spaces.
It has a curved roof with a radius of 150 metre and is clad with profiled Merlin Grey sheeting. The walls are predominately micro-rib cladding in Oyster with a low level band of buff facings. Above the entrance a wave canopy has been formed with Kingspan Thermatile cladding below.
The contract value was £2.8 million and was commenced in September 2007 and completed in March 2008.
