Clarice Cliff Court

Named after world famous art deco designer Clarice Cliff, the new halls of residence will provide much needed additional accommodation to cater for increasing number of students studying at the Stoke-on-Trent campus.

The halls of residence are divided into seven houses, comprising a total of 297 en-suite rooms with communal kitchen and ancillary facilities. The building incorporates elements of Clarice Cliff's colourful and bold designs in its entrance, paving, foyers and public areas and the seven houses have been named after prominent female 'potteries' based designers, continuing the University's close association with the local pottery and ceramic industry.

In addition to this scheme, Hulme Upright has been appointed by the University for many other new build and refurbishment student accommodation schemes at both the Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford campus.
