Reaseheath College Student Accommodation
Hulme Upright were appointed to provide a full Architectural design and project management service on this £1.5 million project at Reaseheath College.
The project included provision of student accommodation over two phases to provide 96 student bedrooms with ensuite facilities.
The building was constructed with a timber frame, insulated to current Building Regulation Standards and finished with white render and cedar cladding with feature glazed bays incorporating cedar ballistrading.
The first phase was completed in 2007 and the second phase completed July 2008. We are currently on site with the third phase of accommodation.
