This £2 million project for T.I.Midwood & Co Ltd is a new extension to an existing warehouse, providing approximately 20,000sq. ft. of new high bay racking space and a 2,000sq. ft. three storey office pod with external balconies.
The new extension also has 2 new dock levellers and a level access door with a new service yard.
The project was completed in January 2011.
