This project was the first phase of a Trade Park development with our long term client ‘Location 3 Trademarq’ in Ramsgate, Kent and was opened at the end of 2015.
The development is in a prominent positioned adjacent to Westwood Cross Shopping Centre and was pre-let prior to completion. The development has two terraces of accommodation on either side of a central courtyard with one occupied by an Autocentre and the other divided into three separate Trade Counter Units.
The total size of the development is approximately 16,000sqft on a site which was less than 1 Acre.
