This project is a 150,000 ft2 storage and distribution unit at Road 1 of the Winsford Industrial Park in Cheshire.
The Unit has 12 Dock Levellers and 2 large access doors into the high bay warehouse and also includes an intergrated 2 story open plan office with a double height reception and direct access into the warehouse.
