Hulme Upright were approached by South Staffordshire PCT in partnership with NHSolution who were looking to provide a new temporary Health and Well-being Centre, located on land adjacent to Burntwood Leisure Centre.
The centre is a multi-purpose hub, providing the building blocks for a healthier and stronger local community through a focus on integrated health, well-being and fitness, all in one building providing an opportunity for statutory and voluntary organisations to provide health and wellbeing services for all age group South Staffordshire PCT aims to draw up plans to develop a new, larger and permanent “Health & Well Being Centre” in the Burntwood / Chase Terrace locality, which will incorporate the above facility.
The new centre which will be open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year – offers bookable appointments and a walk-in service easing pressure on the existing doctors within the area.
