This non food retail unit was developed with our long term client Location 3 Properties on a brown field site on London Road in Thetford, Norfolk and was completed in February 2011.
The unit is 26,500sqft with a 10,000sqft external sales area and is occupied by Wickes on a 2.3 Acre site with parking for 110 cars. The site is accessed from London Road through a line of protected trees.
