Trademarq Westwood – Phase 2

This project was the second phase of a successful Trade Park development with our long term client ‘Location 3 Trademarq’ in Ramsgate, Kent and was completed in September 2017.

The development is a single portal framed unit designed to be let as one unit or sub-divided as provision was made for a number of roller shutter doors. The unit is positioned adjacent to the phase 1 development close to Westwood Cross Shopping Centre.

The total size of the development is approximately 10,000sqft on a 1 Acre site and was occupied by The Gym Group.
